Government Grants 101 – List of Grants That Can Help You Save on Recruitment
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) often lose out to large multinational corporations (MNCs) when it comes to hiring. It is difficult for SMEs to compete based on salary and employee benefits.
However, not all hope is lost. The Singapore government has explicitly stated that they would support SMEs and help them develop through the various grants provided by SPRING Singapore. SMEs can then channel precious resources into improving hiring processes and attracting talent.
